We had a fantastic weekend getaway with a large group of friends. The space was spacious and perfect for our needs. There were a few minor things that could use attention, such as the hot tub being a bit dirty and some cracked flooring on the main level. However, everything else was just as advertised, and we had no major complaints. We would definitely consider booking this place again!

The location couldn't be better; it's right in the heart of everything. Kevin was fantastic with communication, always responsive. However, I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture has definitely seen better days, particularly the peeling leather pieces. Overall, I had a good experience—it’s a cozy spot with a prime location, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Kevin saved our night! We arrived late, around 10 pm, after an unfortunate experience at another Airbnb that wasn't ready for us. Thankfully, he was available and made our last-minute check-in seamless. The apartment was perfect and well-prepared. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this property with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway! The house was just as described—spotlessly clean and very spacious. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Kevin was incredibly attentive and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!

I would give Kevin a perfect score for his hospitality, but there were a few issues with the unit that need attention. A faucet was malfunctioning in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, I felt that one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels provided were not very high quality. I recommend that the owner consider upgrading them.

Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and we had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better for exploring West Palm Beach. As first-time visitors, we were thrilled with how conveniently located everything was; most spots were just a short drive away, and we could easily walk to several attractions. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which added to our enjoyment. The house itself is charming and has character, being over a century old. The pool and cabana area out back were highlights of our stay, and the extra 'casitas' made it easy for our group to spread out comfortably. Kevin was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and eager to assist with anything we needed. The only improvements I'd suggest would be upgrading the washer/dryer units and providing more comfortable pillows. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for larger groups looking for a prime spot in West Palm Beach.

He has done a remarkable job helping numerous guests find last-minute accommodations for DWD, adapting to everyone's specific requirements. The studio itself is beautifully set up, containing all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Plus, having access to the swimming pool was a great way to relax my legs after long hours of standing. I look forward to returning in the future!
