What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment is truly a gem. It comes with convenient parking and our host was incredibly welcoming. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away—Starbucks is only a 2-minute walk, along with plenty of shops and live music spots. While some of the furnishings, like the couch, have seen better days, the stunning view from the window and sliding door more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this place!

Our experience here for my sister's bachelorette celebration was unforgettable! The property easily fit our party of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy. The two guest houses provided fantastic space and privacy while still allowing us to be together. The outdoor setting was beautiful and offered some perfect spots for pictures. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was incredibly attentive and supportive during our entire stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often-expensive short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It’s perfect for individuals, couples, or even a couple of friends since the bed can easily be turned into two singles or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been recently updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and stylish counters. The bathroom renovations are impressive too, complete with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lights. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area add a nice touch for comfort alongside the powerful air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. Plus, there’s access to a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is a great bonus (the main house is also available for rent if you need extra space). Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered promptly and courteously. Overall, this property met all our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Kevin.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely ideal. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice. Most places we wanted to visit were just a short five-minute drive away, and some were even within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and secure, which added to our comfort. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house, and we especially loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard – they were perfect for relaxing! The two additional casitas were a great bonus for our larger group. Kevin was an incredible host, always quick to respond and eager to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The only suggestions I would make would be to update the washer/dryer and improve the pillows, but overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a large group who wants to be in the heart of West Palm.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was ideal, and the apartment was very cozy. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were impressive. Mark was an excellent host—always quick to reply to any questions I had. I'd definitely book this place again. Just a heads up, it looked slightly different than the photos, but it was still a great experience overall.
