The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building shows its age. I appreciated Kevin's quick responses and helpfulness throughout my stay. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and I noticed some furniture had seen better days with worn-out leather. Overall, I enjoyed my time here; it's a cozy spot in a great area, but it could use some updates.

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway! The house was just as described, spotless, and well-appointed. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Kevin was incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and really enjoyed our stay. The location is unbeatable! It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we couldn't be happier with our choice in this area. Nearly everything we wanted to see was within a 5-minute drive, and some attractions were even a pleasant walk away. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security. This lovely Airbnb is set in a charming century-old house. The pool and cabana in the backyard were highlights for us, and the two ‘casitas’ were fantastic for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. The property could benefit from a new washer/dryer and a few updated pillows, but overall, it's a fantastic place for large groups looking for prime location in West Palm.

Kevin is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have everything they need. He was incredibly responsive, helping many of us who were searching for last-minute accommodations during DWD. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful stay. I particularly appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I will definitely be returning!

I would give Kevin a perfect score without hesitation as he was incredibly helpful during my stay. However, the unit itself had a few minor issues that need attention. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that was broken, but Kevin promptly took care of it. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels provided could definitely use an upgrade. The owner might want to look into replacing them for a better experience.
