Our work trip stayed at this property and we truly enjoyed our time. There was ample space with comfortable and impeccably clean beds. The two extra cottage rooms in the rear were ideal, allowing everyone to have their own bathrooms. The pool area was a delightful addition; while it was surrounded by trees which required us to use the available nets occasionally, we still enjoyed refreshing swims in the lovely weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool made for a relaxing atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt secure during our stay. We even took a nice evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location was just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, with lots of dining and nightlife options, as well as the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would love to stay here again if it's available in the future.

Just a heads up, the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still a great experience overall.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! It was spacious enough for all of us, and while there were a few minor concerns (the hot tub could use a thorough cleaning, and some of the flooring on the main level needs repair), everything else was just as advertised. I would definitely consider staying here again.
