We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal! It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Everything we wanted to see was only a short drive away, with several attractions even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful, giving us a strong sense of safety, which we really appreciated. This charming Airbnb is a century-old home, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two casitas were a great bonus for our large group. Kevin was incredibly responsive; he took great care to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience. The only things we would suggest for improvement are a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, but otherwise, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a big group and looking for a prime location in West Palm.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and around 5 minutes by car. The room itself was also smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working during our stay, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, it feels quite unreasonable for what is offered. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, we received a full refund, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seems excessive. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and additional amenities are provided in the future.

We had a fantastic stay for our weekend getaway with friends! The space was spacious and perfect for our group, although we did notice a couple of minor issues like a dirty hot tub and some damaged flooring on the main level. Despite these small concerns, the property matched the description well and provided a comfortable experience overall. I would definitely consider booking this place again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was incredible! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport with no noise at all, a quick 2-minute stroll to nearby shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a mere 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we enjoyed fantastic restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area and have a wonderful time. Kevin, our host, was outstanding and made everything so seamless. Whenever we had an issue, he quickly sent someone to sort it out. The Airbnb was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all we needed. The other residents were friendly, and we spent many enjoyable afternoons at the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin was super accommodating and made adjustments effortlessly. He has several listings and is genuinely dependable and responsible. We highly recommend this spot and Kevin’s other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay!

I can't express how helpful Kevin was throughout our stay! Managing the preferences of 16 guests can be tricky, but he handled it with such ease. His prompt responses to all our inquiries made a huge difference and really enhanced our experience. The house was just as described, which I appreciated. The only hiccup was that the oven was out of order, but Kevin came by right away to assess the situation. Luckily, the stovetop was functional, and since we were mostly out for a wedding, it wasn't a big deal. We were especially grateful for some thoughtful touches he provided that we hadn't anticipated—thank you so much, Kevin! I would not hesitate to book again in the future with a host like him.
