I had to book a last-minute work trip to West Palm Beach and was in search of a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure to stay in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a comprehensive tour that made settling in a breeze. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was impeccably clean.
We arrived shortly after 1:00 pm and planned to grab some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, upon our arrival at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries, we were still waiting at 5:49 pm for an update. By 7:02 pm, we were told someone would get back to us, but we didn't get into the property until around 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and maintenance was present to tile the floor, which took until about 9:30 pm to complete. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. We did not receive any apologies for the inconvenience, nor did we get any feedback when I requested some compensation for the late check-in and ongoing issues. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I would give the host a perfect five stars without hesitation, but there were a few issues with the unit that are worth mentioning. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was malfunctioning, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. Lastly, the towels provided were not up to par and should definitely be replaced by the owner.
Fantastic Airbnb spot with a spacious layout that made our extended stay so enjoyable. There are a few minor enhancements needed, but overall, we were very pleased. The location is ideal, offering convenient parking, a nice gym, and an expansive swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and there were even some places we could easily walk to from the rental. The area was peaceful and made us feel secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close it was to various attractions. This rental is a charming century-old home. The pool and cabana setup in the backyard were amazing, and having the two additional 'casitas' was a great benefit for our larger group. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Though a new washer/dryer and more comfortable pillows would enhance the stay, overall, this is an excellent option for anyone looking for a prime location in West Palm with plenty of space for a group.

The location was a bit farther from the convention center than I expected (over a 30-minute walk or about 5 minutes by car). The room was quite small, just enough for a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price point, I found it rather excessive for what was offered. Thankfully, the host provided a full refund according to the AirBnB policy, but I believe $300+ is too high for this space and its facilities. I hope they can adjust the pricing and enhance the amenities in the future.
