This rental is simply amazing! We spent an entire month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the noise. A quick 2-minute stroll brings you to countless shops and dining options, plus the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed being just a 15-minute walk from Clematis, where there are fantastic eateries and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area! The host was outstanding and made our stay incredibly comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, someone was there to help right away, and any issues were resolved in no time. The rental itself was spacious and equipped with everything we could have wished for. The other residents were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With several properties available, you can tell they are committed to providing a trustworthy and responsible service. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great getaway.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The owner was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund, which I greatly appreciate.

I would rate the host five stars for their exceptional service, but there were a few issues with the unit that affected my stay. A faucet was malfunctioning in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. One of the bathtubs could have used a better cleaning, and the towels were a bit worn. It would be great if the owner could look into replacing them for future guests.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is fantastic and felt very safe, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was inviting, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functioning, so we ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was a nice alternative. The guest studios near the pool provided a good level of privacy for those who needed it. Since the property is older, there are some signs of wear and tear, but it adds to its charm. We did encounter some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; they seemed to maintain a temperature more like a regular fridge, so we couldn't keep ice frozen, which was a bit inconvenient. The stairs can be a challenge, especially since there is only one bedroom on the main level, which may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns. There isn’t a bath or shower in the main house downstairs either. Still, for the price, especially when shared among several families, it was quite reasonable.
The host was incredibly helpful and made our last-minute reservation a breeze, especially since we were evacuating due to the hurricane.
