This place was perfect for our weekend getaway as a group. It offered plenty of space for everyone to hang out. There were a few minor things, like the hot tub needing a good clean and a couple of cracks in the main floor that definitely need attention. However, it matched the description well and didn’t have any major problems. I’d definitely consider booking it again.

This property is in a fantastic location and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it an excellent choice for our multi-family getaway. While the pool was a bit chilly due to a non-functioning heater, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide good privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some parts show signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't cooling properly, which resulted in melted ice, so that was a bit of a hassle. The stairs can be a little tricky, and there is just one bedroom on the main floor, so I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in that area of the house. Overall, it was a fair price for our group when costs were shared among families.

The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking around 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was rather small, with just a double bed, a couch, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was broken, and there were no kitchen facilities provided. Given the amenities and location, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund as per the Airbnb policy, but spending over $300 for this space and its features seemed unreasonable. I hope the pricing is adjusted and more amenities are added in the future.

We arrived via plane around 1:00 PM, expecting to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, the host informed us that the cleaning crew was still working. After multiple inquiries, we finally got access at around 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and we were greeted by workers who were busy tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. They even left a dirty toilet and sink in the kitchen during our entire stay. We received no apologies or offers to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and inconveniences, but the host mentioned needing to consult with the owner and I never got a response. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider staying here again.
