I had to make a spontaneous work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch right from the moment I landed. The building is quite expansive, but Kevin showed me around so I could get settled quickly. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, fully functional, and spotless.

The location was fantastic and felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was appealing, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Fortunately, we had the hot tub to enjoy instead, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer good privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. We had issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer barely got cold, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be tricky, and only one bedroom is located downstairs in the main area, which poses a challenge for anyone with mobility concerns, especially since there's no bath or shower on the ground level. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the location, especially when shared among several families.

This property was the perfect venue for our family gathering. I highly recommend it, just be sure to check that the pool is clean before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day as the pool went green and required some treatment. However, the management quickly addressed the issue with the pool service. Mark was an exceptional host, always quick to respond to our needs. Truly a fantastic experience!

Kevin was incredible - so friendly and accommodating. I can't express how pleasant it was to coordinate with him. The accommodation was very cozy, perfect for our group with two private en suite bathrooms and a lovely living area. It was peaceful and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

We had an amazing family getaway at this property! It was perfect for accommodating all of us together. I strongly suggest checking on the pool cleanliness prior to your stay, as we encountered an issue where it needed some maintenance before we could enjoy it. Thankfully, the host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to address our concerns. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great place to relax with family!

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requirements, especially considering we were a group of 16! His communication was top-notch, which is vital when you're renting a place like this. The house was exactly as described, which we appreciated. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately wasn't functioning; however, Kevin came by promptly to assess the situation. Fortunately, the stovetop was operational, and since we were mainly there for a wedding, we didn't need to do much cooking anyway. We were grateful for Kevin's additional thoughtful touches and assistance during our stay – a massive THANK YOU to him. We will definitely look for properties managed by him in the future!
