We had an amazing month-long stay at this Airbnb! It’s truly ideal in terms of location—just under 10 minutes from the airport with no noise to worry about, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, a 15-minute walk takes you to Clematis, where there are fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You definitely don’t need a car to enjoy everything the area offers. Kevin, the host, is incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless. Whenever we needed assistance, he promptly arranged for someone to come and fix the issue, and it was resolved almost instantly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. With multiple listings and his trustworthy nature, we wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other properties to future visitors.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for our family getaway. The pool was appealing, though the heater seemed to be out of order, and since it was quite chilly, we ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer a good level of privacy if needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer had issues, with the freezer barely functioning, so we couldn't keep ice as it all melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main level, so I'd advise against this place for those with mobility concerns. Plus, there's no bath or shower in the main house's downstairs area. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially if you're sharing the cost among several families.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for exploring West Palm, especially for first-timers like us. Most attractions were just a quick five-minute drive away, and some places were conveniently walkable. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to everything. The property itself is a charming century-old home. The pool and cabana area in the backyard are superb, and the two additional 'casitas' worked out perfectly for our large group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. If I had to suggest improvements, a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would be great, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to gather friends or family in West Palm.

We had a great time at this spacious rental during our weekend getaway. There were a few minor things that caught our attention, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor that could use attention. However, everything else matched the description perfectly and we didn't encounter any significant problems. Definitely considering booking it again in the future.
