I can't say enough about how attentive Kevin was throughout our stay. Hosting a group of 16 is no small feat, but he handled all our requests with ease and was quick to reply to any inquiries we had. The property matched its description perfectly. We did run into an issue with the oven, but Kevin promptly assessed the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't doing much cooking anyway. We truly valued our communication with Kevin, and he even surprised us with some unexpected thoughtful touches during our stay – a huge shoutout to him! We’ll definitely be considering his properties for our future trips.

I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, he took the time to give me a thorough tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo was perfect for my needs, spacious enough for one or two guests, and everything was in great working order and impeccably clean.

The studio is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a great bonus, helping my legs feel rejuvenated after long hours on my feet. I will definitely return!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! However, the building is showing its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout my stay. The carpets really need a good cleaning and some of the furniture has seen better days, with peeling upholstery. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable environment, though there is definitely room for improvement.

We had a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed, complete with parking and a wonderful host. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away—Starbucks, shopping, live music, all within a 2-minute walk. While the couch shows some signs of wear, the beautiful views from the window and sliding glass door more than make up for it. Highly recommend!
