The host came through for us late at night, around 10 PM, after the other Airbnb we had booked was far from ready when we arrived. We were so grateful for the last-minute accommodation, and everything at this place was just right. Highly recommend!

This vacation rental is simply outstanding! We spent a month here and cherished every moment. The location couldn't be better; it’s less than 10 minutes from the airport without any of the noise, just a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and restaurants, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. It's also a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to explore the area. The owner is fantastic and made the entire process seamless. Whenever we needed assistance, they arranged for someone to come over promptly, resolving issues in no time. The rental is comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we could ask for. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple properties, they are incredibly reliable and trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the owner's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay while on a work trip! The house offered ample space and the beds were incredibly comfy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided great additional space, ensuring everyone had their own bathroom, which was a real bonus. We loved the pool area, surrounded by lovely trees; we did need to use the nets to keep it clean, but it was refreshing to take a swim in the beautiful weather. The sound of the waterfall was truly relaxing during the evenings. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, making evening walks to the nearby Publix delightful. Additionally, being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place meant there were many great bars and restaurants as well as easy access to the beach. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and was very accommodating. We would love to return if we get the chance!

We enjoyed a delightful three-week stay at this lovely Airbnb. The location couldn't be better for first-timers visiting West Palm. Almost everything we wanted to see and do was just a short five-minute drive, and there were even several places we could stroll to from the property. The neighborhood felt safe and was pleasantly quiet, which enhanced our experience. The house itself is charming, being over a century old, and the backyard pool and cabana area were truly amazing. We also appreciated the two additional 'casitas' that made it easy for our large group to have their own space. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. While the washer and dryer could definitely use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, overall, this is an excellent choice for large groups wanting a prime location in West Palm.
