I can't emphasize enough how responsive Kevin was to all our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it with such ease! His communication skills made our stay much smoother, which is crucial for a great Airbnb experience. The house matched the online description perfectly. The only hiccup was that the oven was out of order, but Kevin was quick to come by and confirm that it was indeed broken. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook anything elaborate. We truly appreciated Kevin’s hospitality and the thoughtful 'extras' he provided during our stay. A massive thank you to him! We will definitely look for properties managed by him in the future.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, expecting to enjoy a quick lunch before check-in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that it would take a bit longer as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without hearing anything, we inquired about the status, but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we followed up again and were told someone would keep us updated. Eventually, we were able to access the property around 7:45 PM, only to find that there had been water damage in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were still present, tiling the floor, and they continued their work until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology or compensation offered for the inconvenience. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, but was told someone would need to check with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and I would not consider booking with them again.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in this spacious rental, perfect for our group getaway. While we did notice a few minor things, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level, overall, it met our expectations and then some. I would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.
