The property is situated in a prime location with a safe and welcoming neighborhood, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was ample for multiple families to enjoy together. While the pool was a bit too chilly for our liking due to the heater being out of service, we made good use of the hot tub instead, which was a delightful experience! The guest studios near the pool are compact yet provide the privacy we appreciated. Keep in mind that it's an older home, so some areas show signs of wear. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; they didn't cool properly, causing our ice to melt quickly. Additionally, the staircase can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which might be a concern for those with mobility challenges, as there are no bathing facilities on that level. On the bright side, the pricing was reasonable, especially when shared among several families.

The host was wonderful, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had a very organized feel. My mother loved her stay here and enjoyed every moment.
