Fully Furnished Single Family Home in Downtown Orlando

Fantastic spot to explore the area, though the building is a bit on the older side. Communication with the host, Kevin, was top-notch. I did notice that the carpets could really use a good steam cleaning, and some pieces of furniture were showing their age with peeling leather. All in all, I enjoyed my stay; it was a cozy place in a prime location, just with a few imperfections.

We arrived at the airport around 1:00 PM and were really hungry, hoping to check in by 4:00 PM. However, when we got to the property, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we decided to ask again, but didn’t receive any response. By 7:02 PM, we inquired about our check-in status once more and were told we’d be notified soon. Ultimately, we were allowed in around 7:45 PM, only to discover there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were there installing new tiles, creating quite a disturbance until around 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they left the toilet and sink along with a plunger cluttering the kitchen during our entire stay. We never received an apology or any effort to resolve the situation. I inquired about a refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, but I was told the host would have to consult with the owners and I never got a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
