This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a couple of friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of activities nearby in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled and comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern countertops. The bathroom has also seen updates, featuring thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room complement the excellent air conditioning, ensuring you stay comfortable. The closet is well-organized with ample storage options. Plus, you have access to a washer and dryer, shared with the main house, which is also available for rental if you need extra space. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor issues swiftly and pleasantly. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely book with Kevin again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this rental! It was perfect for gathering everyone together. I highly recommend this place, but do check that the pool is in good shape before you arrive. We were disappointed when the pool was a bit off-color and needed treatment, which meant we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day. Fortunately, the hosts were quick to address this issue with the pool service. Kevin was a fantastic host, very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! It fit our group of 13 wonderfully, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms available. The two guest houses offered us the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was breathtaking and provided amazing photo opportunities. Plus, the location was ideal - just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was very attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place for any large gathering!
