I unexpectedly had to travel to West Palm for work and required a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch right from the moment I landed. The building is quite expansive, but thanks to Kevin's thorough tour, I felt right at home quickly. The condo itself is roomy for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

The complex is quite expansive, but Kevin was kind enough to give me a walkthrough, so I settled in quickly. The condo is roomy for one or two guests, everything was in working order, and it was impeccably clean.

This charming guesthouse is a fantastic alternative in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, with the flexibility to transform the bed from a king to twins. The location makes it easy to access all the attractions around WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom is also modernized and features thoughtful additions like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the living area and bedroom have ceiling fans for added comfort alongside the excellent air conditioning. The closet space is well-organized, providing ample room for all your belongings. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient since the main house is also available for larger groups. Our host, Kevin, was very responsive, addressing a couple of minor concerns promptly and positively. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay with Kevin again.

We had an amazing time staying here! The town is charming and full of character.
