The location was quite a bit further from the convention center than expected, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than described, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the amenities and the location, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb’s policies, but paying over $300 felt unjustified for this space. I hope they consider adjusting the price and improving the facilities in the future.

Due to a last-minute cancellation of our original booking, we found ourselves in a pinch. Thankfully, Jason was incredibly helpful and arranged a new stay for us in less than a day. He welcomed us personally at the property, showed us around, and encouraged us to contact him if we required anything. He provided fantastic recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and activities. Overall, a wonderful experience!
