The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a good amount of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house has its quirks due to its age, so some areas show signs of wear. We also encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn't very cold, which meant our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s just one bedroom on the main floor, so I wouldn't recommend it for guests with limited mobility, especially since there are no bathing facilities down there. However, if you’re sharing the cost among several families, it’s a reasonably priced option for the area.
