The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for our family getaway. We loved the space, especially for multiple families traveling together. The pool was a little chilly since the heater was out of order, but we made the best of it by enjoying the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool provided a nice sense of privacy, though they are quite compact. Being an older property, there are signs of wear, so just keep that in mind. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning correctly, which meant no ice for our drinks as everything melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it may not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Also, there isn’t a bath or shower in the main house downstairs. However, considering the reasonable price when shared among several families, it was a worthwhile stay.

Fantastic location for an Airbnb, the apartment was quite roomy. While there are a few minor tweaks needed, we were overall pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of nearby amenities, a great parking space, a fitness center, and a large pool that offers breathtaking sunset views each evening made our experience even better.

Just a heads up, the house is older, so you might notice some signs of aging. We had some trouble with the refrigerator and freezer not cooling properly, which meant we couldn't use ice as the freezer seemed more like a fridge temperature. The stairs were a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Also, keep in mind that there isn't a bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially when shared among multiple families.

I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. Mark was incredibly accommodating and reached out as soon as I landed. The building is quite expansive, but Mark was kind enough to give me a thorough tour. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

We had an amazing time with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway! The house was just as described—spotlessly clean and very spacious. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we were eager to check out! Kevin was incredibly attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We spent an entire month here and every moment was delightful. The location couldn't be better—just under 10 minutes from the airport without any of the usual noise, a quick stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. It’s also only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, where we found fantastic dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the area without needing a car. Kevin, the host, was outstanding and made the entire process seamless. When we had a minor issue, he had someone on-site in no time, resolving it quickly. The space was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly and the pool offered a lovely place to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went out of his way to accommodate us. He has several properties and is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. We highly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other properties!
