The host was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries and made our stay seamless, which is quite a task with 16 guests! Their communication skills were top-notch, something we truly value when booking an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which the host promptly addressed and confirmed was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't planning on any elaborate cooking anyway. We genuinely appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host and a few surprises that were above our expectations - a big THANK YOU! We would definitely seek out properties managed by them in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this house for our bachelorette getaway with 11 friends! The place was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride away from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. A great choice for a fun trip!

The property is situated in a fantastic area with a secure environment, making it ideal for families vacationing together. The pool area was pleasant, but we found the heater to be ineffective, so we mostly enjoyed the hot tub, which was quite relaxing! The guest studios near the pool provide a bit of solitude, although they are on the small side. Keep in mind, this is an older house, so there are some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly; the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main level, it might not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges since there are no bathroom or shower facilities on the ground floor. Overall, it's reasonably priced for the location, especially if multiple families are sharing the costs.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1 PM, expecting to grab a quick lunch before checking in at 4 PM. However, when we arrived, the host informed us that there would be a further delay due to the cleaning staff still being on-site. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we reached out again but received no answer. By 7:02 PM, we were still in the dark and only after repeated inquiries were we finally granted access at around 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were actively tiling the floor, creating quite a disturbance until about 9:30 PM. To add to the frustration, they left used plumbing fixtures in the kitchen the entire time we were there, and there was no attempt from the host to apologize or rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the late check-in and ongoing issues, but the response was that the host needed to consult with the owners. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, which left me quite dissatisfied. I wouldn't consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay during our work trip at this property. It offered ample space with comfortable, spotless beds. The two cottage rooms in the back provided great additional space and each had their own bathrooms, which was very convenient. The pool area was a delightful feature, and although we needed to use the nets to keep it clean due to nearby trees, we still enjoyed swimming in the lovely weather. The soothing sound of the pool waterfall at night added to the tranquility of our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, perfect for evening walks to the local Publix. Its location is fantastic, being just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous dining and entertainment options, plus the beach. The host was incredibly quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would love to come back if we have the chance.
