Luxurious Townhome In The Heart Of Orlando

We had a fantastic stay for our work trip! The house offered ample room and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms out back provided the ideal extra space, ensuring everyone had their own bathroom. The pool area was a delightful bonus; surrounded by lovely trees, we did need to use the nets to keep it clean, but we still enjoyed several refreshing swims in nice weather. The sound of the waterfall added a serene ambiance at night. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful and felt very safe; we took evening strolls to the local Publix. The location is a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with great bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host, Kevin, was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly love to return if it’s available in the future.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. However, the building itself is quite dated. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout my stay. The carpets could definitely use a deep clean, and some furniture pieces were in pretty rough shape with peeling leather. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall. It’s a cozy spot in a prime area, just needs a little TLC.

We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for gathering our whole family. I would definitely suggest booking this place, just ensure the pool is clean prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue by the pool as it needed some maintenance and had turned green. Thankfully, they have addressed this issue with their pool service. Our host, Kevin, was fantastic and incredibly quick to respond to our questions. He truly made our stay enjoyable!
