2 bed/2 bath condo in a quiet neighborhood

This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn't be better—just a brief 10-minute trip from the airport without any of the usual noise, and only a 2-minute stroll to an array of shops and eateries. Plus, the beach is just a quick 10-minute drive away! It's also a leisurely 15-minute walk to Clematis Street, where you'll find fantastic dining options and the most amazing farmers market every Saturday. Honestly, you can easily enjoy the area without needing a car. Kevin was a fantastic host, making everything seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he promptly arranged for someone to come and resolve it right away. The apartment itself was cozy, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The residents were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure it all worked out smoothly. Knowing he has multiple listings, I can confidently say he's a very reliable and responsible host. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

My team and I had a fantastic stay here for work purposes. The accommodation was spacious and the beds provided us with a great night's sleep. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own privacy, complete with their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by beautiful trees – we did have to use the nets to keep it tidy, but the refreshing swim was worth it when the weather cooperated. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place with an abundance of bars, restaurants, and the beach within reach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return again if it's available in the future.

We had an amazing time at this house with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway. The place was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Kevin was incredibly responsive and assisted us with everything we needed. A fantastic choice for our trip!
