College Park, Orlando 2/1 duplex in a convenient location. Walking distance to Advent Health hospital, appriximately 15 minutes to downtown Orlando, 45 minutes to the theme parks.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice some minor flaws, like a less-than-clean hot tub and a few cracked tiles on the main floor, it met all our expectations otherwise. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider booking it again.

We arrived in the afternoon with our flight touching down around 1 PM. We were hoping to enjoy a nice lunch and check into our rental by 4 PM. However, when we arrived at 4 PM, we were informed that it would be delayed as the cleaners were still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we reached out again and still got no response. By 7:02 PM, we inquired once more, and they promised to let us know when the place would be ready. Unfortunately, we didn’t get access until around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and the workers were still in the process of tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, we found a used toilet, sink, and plunger left in the kitchen throughout our entire stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I even requested some sort of compensation for the delayed check-in and ongoing issues, but was told they needed to check with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and I don't think I would choose to rent from them again.

After our original booking fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this place. Kevin was incredibly quick to respond and helped us secure a reservation in less than a day. He met us upon arrival, showed us around the property, and made it clear we could reach out anytime if we needed assistance. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The entire experience was seamless thanks to Kevin. Despite our flight being delayed, he patiently waited at the property to welcome us and give us a tour. We truly appreciate all the effort he put in. Thank you so much!
