Fantastic apartment in a prime location, couldn't have asked for more!
I had to make a spontaneous business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. The complex is quite expansive; however, the host provided a thorough tour, and I settled in quickly. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, with everything functioning well and kept very tidy.
I would give the host a full five stars based solely on their quick responsiveness and friendliness. Unfortunately, the property did have a couple of issues. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a deeper clean, and the towels provided were not the best quality. I would recommend the owner consider updating those.
What a FANTASTIC last-minute getaway! This apartment exceeded our expectations with its convenient parking and a wonderful owner who made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away—only a couple of minutes to Starbucks, great shops, and live music venues. While some aspects of the place show a bit of wear, like the couch, the stunning view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab a quick bite before our 4:00 pm check-in. To our surprise, when 4:00 rolled around, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. We reached out at 5:49 pm for an update, but received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were told updates would come, but we didn’t gain access until around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, cutting tiles late into the evening until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left behind a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, right in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any attempts to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and various issues but never heard back after being told the owner would need to be consulted. It was quite a letdown, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
The host was incredibly supportive and managed any minor hiccups with great skill. I would certainly suggest this place to others.

The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
The host was fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us with our last-minute reservation after we had to evacuate because of the hurricane.
