Comfort and peaceful apartment central location to hospitals

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab a quick bite and settle in by 4:00 PM. However, when we checked in at 4:00, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress. After waiting until 5:49 PM, we inquired about our room and received no update. By 7:02 PM, we followed up again but were still left in the dark. Eventually, we were allowed access around 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles well into the evening, around 9:30 PM, and we found used plumbing items, including a toilet and a sink, left in the kitchen. The lack of communication and absence of an apology for the inconvenience was frustrating. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, but was merely told that he would check with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I don't think I would choose this rental again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property during my sister's bachelorette celebration! It was perfect for our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s comfort. The two guest houses were a fantastic addition, allowing us to have our own space while still being close together. The outdoor setting was beautiful, providing the perfect backdrop for memorable photos. Plus, the location was unbeatable - just minutes away from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was very attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

We had an amazing last-minute stay that turned out to be just what we needed. The apartment is fantastic with convenient parking, and the host was incredibly welcoming. It's within a short stroll to so many great spots, including a Starbucks and some vibrant shopping and entertainment options just two minutes away. While some furnishings might show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door truly makes up for it, making our overall experience unforgettable.

We had a fantastic time staying here with our family! It was such a perfect house for a family reunion. I would definitely suggest checking on the pool's cleanliness before you arrive; we were a bit disappointed when it was cloudy and couldn't enjoy our planned day by the pool. Thankfully, the hosts took immediate action to fix the issue. Mark was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

The location is fantastic, which made our stay quite enjoyable. While the building has some years behind it, Kevin was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The carpets could really use a good clean and we did notice a few pieces of furniture showing signs of wear and tear, especially with some peeling leather. Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay; it's a cozy spot in a prime area, though there are a few areas that could use improvement.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! We spent a whole month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport with no disturbance, and only a couple of minutes on foot to various shops and dining options. The beach is a mere 10-minute ride away, and Clemantis, known for its amazing restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday, is just a 15-minute stroll. You can easily enjoy the area without needing a car. Kevin, the host, is truly remarkable; he made our experience seamless. Whenever we had an issue, he responded quickly and had it resolved in no time. The place itself is spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we required for our stay. The other residents were friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly.
