Charming house located in a great neighborhood! The check-in with Kevin was effortless and straightforward.

This was a lovely spot for our getaway. Communication with Kevin was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I'd give all five stars for Kevin alone, as he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few issues with the unit that were beyond his control. We encountered a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which Kevin promptly repaired. Additionally, one of the tubs could have benefited from a thorough cleaning. I also think the towels could use an update, as they weren't the best quality. Overall, a great stay, but a few improvements would make it even better.

This Airbnb truly exceeded our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every second. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport without any disturbances, and it's only a short 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, plus a 10-minute drive to the beach. The charming Clematis area is just a 15-minute walk away, boasting fantastic dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You definitely don’t need a vehicle to enjoy the vibrant local scene. Kevin is a fantastic host, making everything seamless. He was incredibly responsive when we needed a repair, arranging assistance almost immediately. The space was cozy, ample, and filled with all the amenities we could ask for. We also enjoyed mingling with other residents, and the pool was a wonderful spot to relax. When we accidentally got our checkout date wrong, Kevin went out of his way to help us sort everything out. With several listings under his belt, he is a reliable and responsible host. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
