The Orange Peel - 3 King Bed/3 Bed with Sauna in Central Orlando

After our initial booking fell through unexpectedly, we found ourselves in a bind. Thankfully, Kevin stepped in and made the whole process seamless, managing a last-minute reservation in under a day. He was extremely welcoming when we arrived, showing us around the property and encouraging us to reach out if we required anything. His recommendations for local beaches, dining, and activities were spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Our stay here for work was fantastic! The house offered ample space, and the beds were exceptionally comfy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided just the right amount of privacy for everyone, complete with their own bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool area, although we had to use the nets a bit to keep it clean due to the nearby trees. Still, it was refreshing to take a swim when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall at the pool made for a tranquil atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making our evening walks to the nearby Publix very enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where we found an abundance of bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would definitely love to return here in the future if it's available!

We had an amazing time staying here with a group of 12 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was immaculate and looked just like the photos. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the nightlife and dining we wanted to check out! Kevin was incredibly responsive and offered great support throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

The location was fantastic, and it felt like a secure neighborhood, making it a great choice for families vacationing together. The pool was refreshing, although the heater wasn’t functioning, which made it a bit chilly. We ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was a pleasant surprise! The guest studios near the pool offered a compact space but were perfect for those seeking a little privacy. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t performing well; the freezer seemed to just be as cool as the fridge, and we lost our ice since it melted. The stairs could be tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, which could be an issue for anyone with limited mobility since there’s no bath or shower down there. Overall, considering the price, it worked well for our group of families sharing the costs.

Kevin was an exceptional host, and the apartment was in pristine condition. It had a beautiful design, was spotless, and very organized. My mother had her stay here and she enjoyed it immensely.
