I would give the host a solid five stars based on their service alone, but the property did have a few minor issues that weren't entirely in their control. There was a malfunctioning faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host quickly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the tubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be great if the owner could consider updating those.

The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, accommodating just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and amenities, the price seemed rather excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 didn't feel justified for what was provided. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and more facilities are added in the future.
