Downtown Bungalow in Lake Eola Heights near Theme Parks

Kevin was incredibly attentive to our inquiries and requests throughout our stay. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it with such ease! His communication was top-notch, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the description perfectly. The only appliance that let us down was the oven, but Kevin came by promptly and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functioning well. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare big meals anyway. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and the unexpected treats he provided—thank you so much, Kevin! We will certainly look for other properties he oversees in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large group, located conveniently in the heart of the city, and offered ample space for everyone to relax.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt safe, making it a great spot for our family getaway. The pool was pleasant, but the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a highlight! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offered the privacy we were looking for. This property does have some signs of age, so expect a bit of wear and tear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer as they weren’t cooling properly, leading to a melted ice situation. The stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it's not ideal for those with mobility concerns. Also, note that there's no bath or shower in the main part of the house. Overall, considering we were sharing costs among several families, the price was reasonable for the area.

We had an amazing last-minute getaway! This apartment exceeded our expectations with its convenient parking and a truly welcoming host. You’re just a short stroll away from Starbucks, shopping, and great live music, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the couch had a bit of wear, the stunning views from the sliding glass door made us forget all about that. Highly recommended!
