Modern 2BR Newly Renovated Walk to Orlando Health & Winnie Palmer

Our month-long stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better—just a short, quiet drive from the airport, and a quick stroll to an array of shops and eateries. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away, which made our days fun and relaxing. A lovely 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, where we enjoyed some delicious meals and an amazing farmer's market every Saturday. You really don't need to rent a car to explore the area. Kevin, the host, truly exceeded our expectations; he responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Any minor issues were addressed swiftly and efficiently. The space itself was not only cozy but also quite roomy, equipped with everything we could possibly need. We loved the friendly atmosphere in the building and enjoyed soaking up the sun by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the process seamless. With multiple listings, it's clear that he is a reliable and dedicated host. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Mark was a fantastic host. He streamlined our check-in process and was quick to reply to any inquiries we had. The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated. He greeted us upon arrival, making everything hassle-free. Mark has a wealth of information about the local attractions. The location was just as advertised, ideal for our trip. Mark embodies the qualities you hope for in an Airbnb host. I wholeheartedly recommend booking a stay at his place.

Kevin was fantastic to deal with—exceptionally supportive and friendly throughout our stay. We really appreciated his assistance. The accommodation was very cozy, with two private en suite bedrooms and a lovely living room area. It was peaceful and provided a great atmosphere for rest.

We had a wonderful experience with our host, Mark. He was incredibly helpful and made arrangements for us on short notice as we were evacuating due to a hurricane.

I found the accommodation to be quite distant from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or just a quick 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, featuring only a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space was simply not justified. I hope they consider offering a more reasonable price and improving the facilities in the future.
