We had a fantastic weekend getaway with a group of friends at this spacious rental. Although we noticed a few minor problems, like the hot tub being a bit unclean and some cracked flooring on the main level, overall, it perfectly matched the description provided. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every second. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute drive to the airport (with zero noise disturbance), only a 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's within a 15-minute walking distance to Clemantis, which boasts excellent dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. Kevin is a wonderful host who made the whole experience seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for help in no time, resolving our concerns right away. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went out of his way to make it hassle-free for us. With multiple listings and a remarkable sense of responsibility, he's incredibly trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of WPB, making it easy to explore. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances including a stove, fridge, and a sleek sink and countertop. The bathroom also features recent renovations with thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans in addition to the great air conditioning, ensuring comfort during your stay. I appreciated the closet organization as it offers plenty of room to unpack. Plus, there’s a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking available, which is a great convenience. Our host, Kevin, was responsive and handled a couple of small concerns we had promptly and pleasantly. All in all, this property met all our requirements, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.
