Spacious Two Story Condo with Vaulted Ceilings, Large Master, Two Full Bathrooms and Private Flex Room/Office in East Millenia

We arrived in town and our flight touched down around 1:00 PM. We had planned to enjoy a meal before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that our accommodation wasn't quite ready yet as the cleaning crew was still working. After following up at 5:49 PM, we received no updates. By 7:02 PM, we inquired again but were just told that we'd be informed shortly. Finally, we gained entry around 7:45 PM only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom. There were contractors busy tiling the floor until nearly 9:30 PM, and they left the used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen. There was a lack of apologies or any effort to rectify the situation. I requested some compensation due to the delayed check-in and other inconveniences, but was told someone would have to consult the owners, and I never got a response. Overall, it was quite disappointing. I wouldn’t consider renting from them again.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't working, but we made good use of the hot tub, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool provided a nice bit of privacy, even though they were small. Being an older home, there are some signs of wear, so just be prepared for that. One downside was that the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer wasn't cold enough, which resulted in our ice melting. The stairs can be tricky, and keep in mind that there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, so it might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Also, there isn't a bath or shower in the main part of the house. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location, especially if you’re sharing it amongst several families.

Our stay here for a work trip was fantastic! The space was ample, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent additional space, allowing everyone to have their own bathrooms, which was a real plus. The pool area was a lovely addition, nestled among the trees; we did need to use the nets to keep it clean, but we enjoyed several refreshing swims during the nice weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a wonderful touch. The neighborhood was very peaceful and felt secure, making evening walks to the nearby Publix enjoyable. The location is ideal, with Clematis St and City Place just a short distance away, offering lots of bars and restaurants, plus easy access to the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return to this amazing place if it's available again!
