Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! We spent a month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—only a quick 10-minute ride from the airport, yet it was wonderfully quiet. A mere 2-minute stroll leads you to a wide array of shops and eateries, and the beach is just a 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed being a 15-minute walk from Clemantis, which features some amazing restaurants and a fabulous farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to explore this lively area. Kevin, our host, was incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience seamless. Whenever we had an issue, he promptly arranged for assistance, and everything was resolved in no time. The Airbnb itself was spacious and cozy, equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was a delightful spot to relax. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make it hassle-free. With multiple listings, his reliability and professionalism shine through. We had a fantastic stay here for our work trip! The house offered ample room for everyone and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the backyard provided excellent extra space and ensured everyone had their own private bathrooms. The pool area was a wonderful addition; it's surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the nets they provided to keep it tidy, but we still enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool was delightful in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took enjoyable walks to the nearby Publix. The location is great, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of bars, restaurants, and the beach. Kevin, our host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. We’ll definitely consider returning if available in the future.

The location is fantastic, though the building shows its age. Communication with Kevin was top-notch. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and some furniture pieces, like the peeling leather chairs, need replacing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot and loved the area, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
