I would give the host a full five stars based on their efforts, but there were a few issues with the unit itself that were beyond their control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, and the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. I also noticed that one of the tubs could have used a deeper clean, and the towels provided were somewhat worn out. I think the property owner should consider updating those.
What a fantastic place for a family getaway! We had a wonderful time all staying together. I highly recommend this property, but do check in on the pool's condition before your arrival since we encountered some issues with it being a bit green and needing treatment. Thankfully, the issue was taken care of promptly by the property management. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. Definitely a top-notch experience!

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center—over a 30-minute walk or just a quick 5-minute drive. The room itself was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working properly, and the kitchen was lacking essential amenities. Given the price point, I felt it was quite unreasonable for the space and facilities provided. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policies, but paying over $300 for this was really excessive. I hope the owner considers adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.
We had a fantastic time at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! It was the perfect fit for our group of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The two separate guest houses offered us the privacy we needed while still keeping us connected as a group. The outdoor space was breathtaking and provided a wonderful backdrop for our photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

This property is situated in a fantastic area with a secure atmosphere, making it ideal for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater didn’t seem to function, leading to a bit of a chill. We ended up using the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide some needed seclusion for those who prefer it. Being an older home, it does come with some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t operating properly, as the freezer was barely cold enough, causing our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and keep in mind there's only one bedroom on the main level, which may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Additionally, there are no bathing facilities in the main area downstairs. Overall, the pricing was reasonable, especially when shared among several families.
