We had a fantastic experience during my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It easily accommodated our party of 13 with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses were ideal, allowing us to spread out while still being close. The outdoor space was gorgeous, providing perfect backdrops for our photos. Plus, it’s located just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach, which was a huge bonus! The host was very attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

The location is fantastic, situated in a safe neighborhood that made us feel at ease. It's a spacious option for a family getaway, ideal for multiple families traveling together. The pool was a bit chilly due to a broken heater, but we made good use of the hot tub, which was very enjoyable! The guest studios near the pool are compact, offering nice privacy when needed. Since the house is older, you can expect some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer was barely cold enough, causing our ice bags to melt. Be cautious on the stairs as they can be a bit tricky, and note that there is only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, making it less suitable for those with mobility concerns. Additionally, there is no bath or shower on the ground floor. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when costs are shared among families.

It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was super attentive and went out of his way to assist us. Highly recommend this spot for a fun trip!

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, thinking we could enjoy a nice lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update and receiving none, we checked in again at 7:02 PM, only to hear that someone would get back to us. We finally got inside around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until close to 9:30 PM. Additionally, they left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and the inconveniences we experienced, but was told they'd need to consult the owners. I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider renting this property again.

This vacation rental was perfect for reuniting my family all in one place. I wholeheartedly recommend it, just ensure that the pool is crystal clear before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue because the pool had turned green and needed treatment. Thankfully, they have addressed this issue with the pool service. Jamie was an excellent host and was very quick to respond to any questions. Truly a fantastic experience!

Our month-long stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The location could not be more ideal—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport with hardly any noise, and a quick 2-minute walk to a variety of shops and dining options. The beach is a mere 10-minute drive away, which is fantastic. It's also a pleasant 15-minute stroll to Clematis, where the restaurants and the Saturday farmers market are a must-visit. You won't need a vehicle to explore the area! Kevin, our host, was fantastic and made the entire process seamless. Any time we had a maintenance issue, he was quick to send someone over to resolve it. The space itself was cozy and spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. We accidentally mixed up our checkout date, but Kevin went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly for us. He has several listings and is incredibly reliable and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of Kevin's properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
