Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! We spent a month here and cherished every single moment. The location couldn't be better – just a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet so peaceful. With an easy 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach, we felt well-connected. A 15-minute walk brought us to Clematis, where we discovered amazing dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a car to explore the area and enjoy yourself. Kevin is a remarkable host who made our experience seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for quick assistance, resolving everything promptly. The apartment was cozy and spacious, equipped with all we needed. The building’s residents were friendly, and the pool was a delightful spot to relax. Even when we mistakenly confused our checkout date, Kevin went out of his way to accommodate us. He has multiple properties and is incredibly reliable and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place as well as Kevin’s other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for three weeks, and it was a fantastic experience! The location couldn't have been better. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we needed was just a quick drive away, and we even found several spots within walking distance. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how central it is. This charming Airbnb is a historic home over a century old. The backyard pool and cabana were highlights, and the two additional 'casitas' made it perfect for our larger group. Kevin, our host, was exceptionally accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The only improvements I would suggest would be a new washer/dryer and a set of better pillows. In every other aspect, this is an excellent place for any large group looking for a prime location in West Palm!

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requirements. Managing the preferences of 16 guests isn't an easy task, but he handled it with professionalism! His communication skills were top notch, which is crucial for a smooth Airbnb experience. The house was just as described in the listing. The only issue we encountered was the oven, which Kevin promptly assessed and confirmed was not functioning. However, the stovetop worked perfectly for our needs since we were primarily in town for a wedding and not preparing elaborate meals. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful extras he provided—thank you so much, Kevin! We will definitely look for properties managed by him in the future.

We had an amazing time staying here for my bachelorette party with 11 friends. The house was spotless and looked just like the photos! It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was super responsive and went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend this awesome spot!

The whole experience was seamless, thanks to Kevin. Even though our flight was delayed, he patiently waited to greet us at the house and gave us a thorough tour. We truly appreciate all his efforts!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! However, the building does show its age. Communication with the host, Matt, was superb. The carpets could really use a good steam clean, and a few pieces of furniture have seen better days, with some peeling leather. Overall, we had a pleasant stay; it was comfortable and the location was spot on, though there are a few areas that need attention.
