This rental was simply fantastic! We spent a whole month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport (without any annoying noise), a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Moreover, it's a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you can find exquisite restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday morning. It’s very convenient; you really don’t need a car to explore the area. The owner provided exceptional hospitality and made everything run smoothly. Whenever we needed assistance, a maintenance person was there within no time to resolve the issue. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and well-equipped with all our necessities. The other residents were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we mistakenly mixed up our checkout dates, the owner went above and beyond to help us out. With a variety of listings, this owner is incredibly reliable and considerate. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and the owner’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

Our stay was fantastic during my sister’s bachelorette celebration! The property was spacious enough for our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s comfort. The two separate guest houses were ideal for balancing privacy and togetherness. We absolutely loved the outdoor space, which provided beautiful backdrops for our photos. Its proximity to downtown West Palm Beach was a huge plus! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large group!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, as the bed can be configured as twins or a king. The location offers easy access to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom also features thoughtful upgrades, including a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for added comfort, alongside the excellent air conditioning. The closet is incredibly well-designed with plenty of storage options. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a nice bonus. The host was responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns effectively. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would definitely look to rent from this host again.
