Unfortunately, I couldn't make it due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. However, the host was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I appreciate their flexibility during such a stressful time.

The accommodation was quite far from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room felt cramped with only one double bed, a couch, and a small table. Additionally, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and there were no cooking facilities available. Given the location and the amenities, the pricing feels excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb’s policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seemed unreasonable. I hope the price becomes more reasonable in the future and that more amenities are added.

Their support during the busy DWD event was remarkable, helping several guests like myself secure last-minute lodging that met our specific requirements. The studio was thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a delightful stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my tired legs after long hours on my feet. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!
