The accommodation was quite far from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room felt cramped with only one double bed, a couch, and a small table. Additionally, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and there were no cooking facilities available. Given the location and the amenities, the pricing feels excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb’s policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seemed unreasonable. I hope the price becomes more reasonable in the future and that more amenities are added.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend here! This property was perfect for our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone felt comfortable. The two separate guest houses provided a nice balance of privacy and togetherness. We loved the beautiful outdoor space, which was ideal for taking photos. Plus, the location was spot-on, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large group!
