We had a fantastic stay and Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, yet he handled it with ease. His communication skills really stood out to us, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The property matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven not functioning, but Kevin arrived promptly to check it out and confirmed it was beyond repair. The stovetop worked fine for our needs since we were just there for a wedding and not planning to cook elaborate meals. We truly appreciated how Kevin went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including some thoughtful surprises. A massive THANK YOU to Kevin! We look forward to renting from him again in the future.

This place is perfectly situated, though the building shows its age. Jeremy was fantastic with communication throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a good clean, and some furniture pieces are in need of replacement due to wear and tear. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy environment and appreciated the great location.

We were thrilled to find this gem available for a last-minute getaway! The apartment is fantastic, complete with parking and a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. It's just a short stroll to Starbucks, shopping, and some great live music spots. While some furnishings, like the couch, show signs of wear, the stunning views from the windows more than make up for it. Overall, a delightful experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful last-minute getaway at this place! The apartment is well-equipped with parking and truly has an exceptional host. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of all the essentials, including a Starbucks just two minutes away, as well as shops and venues for live music. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the window and sliding glass door make you forget about any minor imperfections. Highly recommend!

Jason is an exceptional host, always available and quick to answer any inquiries. He has gone above and beyond to assist many guests attending DWD with last-minute accommodation and has tailored his support to suit individual needs. The studio is beautifully designed, equipped with everything necessary for a delightful stay. Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, helping my legs recover after long hours on my feet. I would definitely love to return!
