After a last-minute cancellation from another rental, we found Kevin's place and couldn't be happier. He was incredibly quick to respond and managed to set everything up for us in less than a day. When we arrived, he greeted us, showed us around, and assured us that we could reach out if we needed anything. His recommendations for local beaches, dining, and activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Our original reservation fell through abruptly, but thankfully, Kevin stepped in to help us find this lovely place. He was incredibly quick to respond and managed to get us booked in under a day. Upon arrival, he met us at the house, showed us around, and made it clear that we could contact him anytime if we needed assistance. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The location of this rental was quite far from the convention center, taking us over half an hour to walk there and just a short 5-minute drive. The room itself felt a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there wasn't a kitchen area available. Given the amenities and the distance, the pricing seemed excessive. I’m grateful for the 100% refund policy from Airbnb, as the cost exceeded $300, which felt unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the price becomes more competitive and that better facilities are added in the future.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, hoping to enjoy a leisurely lunch before our check-in at 4 PM. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our room would be delayed as the cleaning staff was still working. After several hours of waiting, we finally checked in around 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, we discovered that there was ongoing maintenance due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers actively tiling the floor until late in the evening. They left tools and the used toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. We didn't receive any apologies for the hassle we experienced, and when I inquired about a possible refund for our late check-in and the issues we faced, I was told someone would need to consult the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this rental based on our visit.

I would give John five stars without hesitation for his excellent service, but there were a few issues with the unit that were out of his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but John had it repaired right away. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a better clean, and the towels were a bit lacking in quality. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
