Kevin is an outstanding host, and his apartment is simply wonderful. It is stylishly decorated, spotless, and very well-organized. My mother enjoyed her stay here tremendously.

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our experience. The location couldn't be better! This was our first visit to West Palm, and we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we needed was within a 5-minute drive, and some attractions were even within walking distance from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a great sense of security, plus we were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to everything. The property itself is a charming century-old house. The pool and cabana area were highlights for us, and the two casitas made it easy for our large group to stay comfortably. Kevin was very attentive and always available to ensure that our stay went smoothly. We did think the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, but overall, this is a fantastic spot for large groups looking to make the most of their time in West Palm.

We were in a bit of a bind when our original Airbnb wasn't prepared upon our arrival. Kevin came to our rescue around 10 PM, and we couldn't be more grateful! He arranged a last-minute check-in at his place, and everything was in perfect order. Highly recommend this host for his responsiveness and hospitality.

We arrived around 1:00 pm after our flight, thinking we could enjoy a meal before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that our room was still not ready as the cleaning staff was still working. We checked back at 5:49 pm but received no updates. After waiting until 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were simply told someone would get back to us. Ultimately, we didn’t get access to our room until approximately 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction was ongoing with tiling work that lasted until around 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, the team left a toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. There was no attempt to apologize or rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences, but after being told they’d check with the owners, I never received any follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend renting from them again.

This place was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was cozy and inviting. The pool and gym facilities in the complex were a nice bonus. Kevin was an excellent host—super quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely return for another stay. Just a minor note, the apartment looked slightly different from the photos, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all.

Kevin truly exceeded my expectations as a host. He was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly. His support for guests attending DWD in finding last-minute accommodations is commendable and shows how dedicated he is to ensuring a smooth stay. The studio itself was beautifully designed and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for soothing my tired legs after long hours of standing. I would definitely love to return in the future!
