Our team stayed here for a work project and it was fantastic! The accommodation had more than enough rooms, and all the beds were not only clean but also super comfy. The two additional cottage rooms in the back offered us the extra space we needed, plus the privacy of having separate bathrooms was a big bonus. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by trees, though we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean. Nonetheless, we enjoyed a refreshing swim when the weather allowed. The soothing sounds from the pool's waterfall were lovely to listen to at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security; we even strolled to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, which had a variety of bars, restaurants, and was close to the beach. The property manager was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any of our queries. We're definitely looking forward to returning if it’s available next time!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We did notice a few minor things, like the hot tub needing some cleaning and a couple of cracks in the flooring on the main floor, but nothing that detracted significantly from our stay. Overall, it matched the description well, and I would definitely consider booking it again.
