The accommodations were fantastic. Super cozy and located in an ideal spot. The complex features a lovely pool and gym for guests to enjoy. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to reply to any questions. I would happily return. Just a small note, the interior appeared a bit different from the photos, but it wasn't a big deal.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center according to the map (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room was on the smaller side, equipped with a double bed, a couch, and a tiny table, but the shower facilities were not functioning during our stay, and there was a lack of kitchen amenities. Given the price, which felt excessive for what was offered, I was relieved to receive a full refund following Airbnb’s policy. However, paying over $300 seems unreasonable for this setup. I hope they consider adjusting the pricing and upgrading the facilities in the future.

Our family spent three weeks at this lovely Airbnb, and we had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better for exploring West Palm. As first-time visitors, we were thrilled with how everything we wanted to see was within a five-minute drive, and some spots were even close enough to walk to. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This charming place is a century-old home, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the back. The additional 'casitas' are great for larger groups, too. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A couple of minor improvements, like updating the washer/dryer and providing better pillows, would make it even better. Overall, this is an excellent choice for groups looking to stay in a prime location in West Palm.
The host was wonderful and made our stay enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and organized. My mother stayed here as well and was thrilled with her experience.
