SoDo Love newly Renovated home, Pet friendly

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 PM, thinking we could enjoy lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that it would take longer as the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we finally gained access at 7:45 PM, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. They also left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen the entire time we were there. Throughout this experience, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences, but was told someone would have to check with the owners — and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

We had an amazing time during our bachelor getaway with 11 friends! The house was spotless, just like the photos suggested. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was super responsive and provided great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot!

I had a wonderful experience staying here thanks to Kevin, who is an exceptional host. He was always available to help with any inquiries and went the extra mile to assist guests like myself, especially those needing accommodation at the last minute for the DWD event. The studio is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable getaway. Plus, having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I can't wait to return!
