This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the competitive West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s a perfect spot for a solo traveler, a couple, or two friends, with the bed easily converting from a king to twins. The location is ideal for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The newly renovated kitchen features a stove, fridge, and stylish sink and countertop. The bathroom updates are equally impressive, including thoughtful touches like adjustable lighting. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area complement the excellent A/C for those warmer days. The closet is well-organized with racks and bars that provide ample storage space. Plus, there's access to a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a great bonus (the main house is also available if you need extra room). The host was responsive and took care of a couple of small issues with ease. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider renting from this host again.
I would wholeheartedly give the host five stars for their attentiveness and responsiveness. However, the unit itself had a few minor issues. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that was broken, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaned better, and I found the towels to be a bit worn. It would be great if the property manager could consider replacing them.

This Airbnb was truly outstanding! We spent a month here and loved every second. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport without any noise issues, and only a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining spots. The beautiful beach is a mere 10-minute drive away. Additionally, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you'll find fantastic restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the surrounding area. The host was exceptional and made everything incredibly convenient. Whenever we needed assistance, they had someone come over to fix the issue almost instantly. The property itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. In addition, the other residents in the building were friendly, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host was very accommodating and made the whole process smooth. With multiple properties available, it’s clear that this host is reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this place and the other listings from this host to anyone looking for a great stay.

The location was excellent, and we felt secure in the neighborhood. It worked well for our extended family getaway. The pool was nice, although the heater wasn't functional, so we spent more time in the hot tub, which was enjoyable! The guest rooms by the pool are compact but offer a good level of privacy if that's what you're after. Keep in mind this is an older property, so you might notice some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer had issues, with the freezer not getting cold enough and causing our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, which may not suit those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there isn't a bath or shower on the main floor of the house. Overall, the pricing is reasonable for the area, especially when shared among several families.
The host was incredibly accommodating and efficiently resolved any minor issues that arose during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to others.
