Charming Nest

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It easily fit our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space. The two guest houses were an excellent feature, allowing us to gather while still enjoying some privacy. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for pictures. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this rental for anyone planning a large group getaway!

Our stay at this property was fantastic for a family reunion. It was the perfect place for everyone to gather and enjoy time together. I highly recommend this rental, but be sure to check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy our planned barbecue because the pool wasn’t in great condition and needed some attention. The host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to assist with any issues. Truly a wonderful experience!

Our team had a fantastic stay here while working in the area. The spacious layout provided ample room for everyone, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two separate cottage rooms in the back were a great addition, giving us privacy and personal bathrooms. The pool area was a lovely feature, surrounded by trees; we did have to use the nets to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming whenever the sun was out. The sound of the waterfall at night added a serene vibe to our evenings. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful and felt very secure. We even took a stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. This property is conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is close by. Kevin, our host, was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We would absolutely love to return here if it's available in the future.
