Nestled in the charming Milk District, just a stone's throw from downtown Orlando, my home offers a serene escape in a tranquil neighborhood. While the occasional airplane from nearby Executive airports may pass overhead, the overall ambiance remains peaceful. With convenient access to I4 and 408 highways, you’ll find exploring the city a breeze. The property is a cozy duplex, with my unit situated upstairs. It features two comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring that we both enjoy our own private spaces. Shared amenities include a welcoming kitchen and a cozy living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.

The host was incredibly attentive to all our requests and inquiries, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the wants of 16 guests is no small feat, and their excellent communication made a significant difference for us. The details provided in the property listing were spot on. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host promptly came by to check on it and confirmed the issue. We mainly used the stovetop and made do with that. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t need to prepare large meals anyway. We truly appreciated the host's assistance and the few thoughtful touches they added to our stay—thank you so much! We will certainly look for other properties under their management in the future.

This place was fantastic! The location couldn't be better and it felt very cozy. The amenities, including the lovely pool and gym, were a nice bonus. The owner was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely book this spot again. Just a small note—the interior looked a bit different from what was shown in the photos, but it didn’t affect our experience at all.
