We had a fantastic experience during our stay! Kevin was incredibly attentive to all of our questions, which was vital since we had a large group of 16. His quick responses made everything so much easier. The house matched the description perfectly. We encountered a minor issue with the oven, but Kevin promptly addressed it, confirming it was out of order while the stovetop was in good shape. Fortunately, we weren't planning to cook big meals as we were attending a wedding. We truly valued our communication with Kevin and were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras he provided. A big thank you to him for making our stay enjoyable! We will definitely look for properties managed by him in the future.

We arrived by plane and touched down around 1 PM. We thought we could enjoy a meal before checking in at 4 PM, but when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, which delayed our entry. After several inquiries, we were finally let in at about 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were there replacing tiles, making noise until 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no communication or apology from the management. I inquired about a refund for the inconvenience of the late check-in and ongoing issues but never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn’t consider renting from this property again.

We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this charming apartment! The parking was a huge plus, and our host was incredibly accommodating. It's just a short stroll to all the local hotspots like coffee shops, stores, and live music venues. While some furnishings might show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door really makes you forget about those minor imperfections. Highly recommend!

We arrived hoping to settle in after a 1:00 pm flight. Unfortunately, check-in was set for 4:00 pm, and when we got there, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update with no communication, we checked again at 7:02 pm and were told to hang tight. We finally got in around 7:45 pm, only to discover there was a plumbing issue downstairs, with workers busy tiling the bathroom. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 pm, and it was frustrating to find a used toilet and sink, plus a plunger, left in the kitchen during our stay. There was no attempt to apologize or rectify the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told they would consult the owners but never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I likely won’t be choosing them again.

We had a fantastic time at this property during my sister’s bachelorette celebration! It was spacious enough for our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s comfort. The two separate guest houses provided us with the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was beautiful and offered some excellent opportunities for pictures. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!
