This rental was a perfect fit for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice a few minor things that could use some attention, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor, overall it matched the description well and we had a fantastic time. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The stay was fantastic! The apartment was cozy and situated in an ideal area. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent. Our host, Kevin, was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely book this place again. Just a small note, the apartment appeared a bit different from the photos online, but it was still lovely overall.

The location is fantastic, although the property itself shows some age. Communication with Rachel was top-notch and she was very helpful. I did notice the carpets could really use a good cleaning and some furniture pieces are in rough shape with peeling upholstery. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a cozy place in a prime spot, though there are definitely some areas that could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay for work purposes and found the place to be just perfect. There was an abundance of space, and the beds were both cozy and impeccably clean. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal, allowing everyone to have their own bathrooms and enjoy some extra privacy. We loved the pool area, which was beautifully surrounded by trees. We did have to use the nets provided to keep it tidy, but it was worth it for a refreshing swim on the sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood was tranquil and felt very secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, with tons of bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely love to return if the opportunity arises.
