This property served as an excellent gathering place for my family. I would highly recommend it, just be sure to check that the pool has been cleaned before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned day in the backyard and grilling because the pool had turned green and needed treatment. The issue has since been fixed thanks to the pool maintenance team. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly a fantastic host!

The rental was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking and just a 5-minute drive). The room was fairly small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. I’m grateful for the 100% refund policy offered by Airbnb, but the cost of over $300 seems unjustifiable for the space provided. I hope a more reasonable price is set and additional amenities are made available in the future.
