Fantastic location for our getaway! The apartment was quite roomy and had everything we needed. There are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, but we were generally very pleased with our extended stay. It's conveniently situated with an excellent parking space, a well-equipped gym, and a huge swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Our arrival was quite frustrating. We landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to settle in after lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning was still in progress, which delayed our access. We checked back at 5:49 pm but received no updates, and at 7:02 pm, we were still left waiting without information. Finally, we were able to enter the property around 7:45 pm only to find that there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak. Workers were tiling the floor and making noise until about 9:30 pm, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, there were leftover items like a toilet and a sink left in the kitchen, which was quite off-putting. Despite raising concerns about the inconvenience and requesting a partial refund, I didn’t hear back from management. Overall, I felt the experience was poorly handled, and I don't think I'll be returning.

We had an absolutely delightful last-minute getaway! This apartment was perfect for our needs, complete with convenient parking and a fantastic host. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away—Starbucks is only two minutes from the door, plus plenty of shops and live music venues. While some of the furniture shows signs of wear, the breathtaking view from the window and sliding glass door more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic and felt safe, which was a plus for our family gathering. The space accommodated our group well, although the pool heater was not working, so it was colder than we hoped. Luckily, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool offered a nice touch of privacy, even if they were a bit small. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so there are signs of wear throughout. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was only slightly cooler than the fridge, resulting in melted ice. Additionally, the stairs could be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the ground floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for those with mobility challenges since there’s no shower or bath on that level. Overall, considering the price is reasonable when shared among multiple families, we had a decent stay.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, which made our family vacation enjoyable. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, the heater wasn’t functioning, so it was quite chilly. We made the most of the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely ideal—being our first time in West Palm, we couldn't have picked a better spot. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a short five-minute drive away, and many attractions were within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a huge plus for us. This charming Airbnb is a century-old house, and we loved the pool area along with the cabana in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were fantastic for our larger group. Kevin was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We did feel that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be improved, but overall, this is an excellent place for large groups wanting to be in the heart of West Palm.
