Charming Cottage near Hospitals

The location of the accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room itself was on the small side, featuring only a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the condition and location, the price seemed excessive. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but I found the over $300 charge to be unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the pricing is adjusted to reflect the amenities and improvements are made in the future.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to Kevin's incredible hospitality. He was always available to assist with any requests and offered great support for those looking for last-minute arrangements during DWD. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for soothing my legs after a long day. I can’t wait to return!

This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better; it's just a short, quiet ten-minute drive from the airport, plus only a quick two-minute stroll to plenty of shops and dining options. The beach is a mere ten minutes away by car, and Clematis is just a fifteen-minute walk, offering amazing restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You can definitely enjoy your time around here without needing to rent a car. Kevin is a superb host who made everything seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, he promptly sent someone over to address it, and it was resolved right away. The rental itself is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors are friendly, and the pool area is a lovely spot to relax. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything remained stress-free. He has several properties and is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin's other listings to anyone looking to stay here.
