We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1 PM and had hoped to enjoy a meal before our 4 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at 4 PM, we learned that there would be a delay due to the cleaning staff still working. We checked in again at 5:49 PM but received no update. After inquiring again at 7:02 PM, we were informed that we would be notified soon. Unfortunately, we finally gained access around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which had workers tiling the floor. They were using power tools until about 9:30 PM, and we were surprised to find the used toilet and sink left in the kitchen the entire time. The lack of communication and an apology from the host was disheartening. I requested a partial refund due to the delays and issues, but was told they would have to discuss it with the owners, and I never got a response. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, which took over 30 minutes to walk to and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was pretty small, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and the kitchenette was not equipped. Given the location and amenities, I found the price to be unreasonable. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but spending over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope future guests will see a more reasonable price along with better facilities.
We were so fortunate to find this lovely place available for a last-minute getaway! The apartment is fantastic, with convenient parking and a very accommodating host. It's just a short stroll to all the essentials like Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some of the furniture, like the couch, shows a bit of wear, the view from the window truly makes up for it and adds to the overall charm. Highly recommend for a quick trip!

Their communication was excellent, which is essential for a smooth Airbnb experience. The house matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately wasn’t functioning; however, the host promptly came over to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was in good shape. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't have any elaborate cooking plans. We truly valued our interactions with the host and were pleasantly surprised by some extra touches they provided. A big thank you to the host! We will certainly consider renting properties under their management in the future.
Our work trip at this property was fantastic! The space offered plenty of rooms, and we found the beds to be both cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back gave us the perfect setup for privacy, complete with their own bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool area, though we did have to use the nets to clear some leaves, it was lovely to cool off when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall added a lovely ambiance during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We took a nice stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Its prime location made it easy to get to Clematis Street and City Place, filled with numerous dining and nightlife options, plus the beach. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We’d love to return if the place is available again in the future.

It's a charming space that works perfectly for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, thanks to the flexible bed setup. The location makes it very convenient to access various attractions in WPB. The kitchen is newly updated with all the essentials, including a stove, fridge, and nice countertops. The bathroom renovation includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living area feature ceiling fans, supplementing the excellent air conditioning to keep things comfortable. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. Shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking is a great bonus, especially if you need extra space, since the main house is also a rental. The host was very responsive and addressed a few minor concerns we had with ease. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again.
