We arrived in town and landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. To our surprise, we were informed that our check-in would be delayed as the cleaning staff was still working. We followed up at 5:49 pm but received no updates. After waiting until 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were told they would keep us posted. Eventually, we gained access around 7:45 pm only to find ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak. The team was still tiling and making noise until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund for our late check-in and the inconvenience, I was told the owner would need to be consulted, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this rental for future trips.
The location of the property is quite a distance from the convention center, as it takes over 30 minutes to walk there and about 5 minutes by car. The room was rather small with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not in working order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price point, I found it unreasonable considering the location and overall condition. I was relieved to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope future guests can enjoy a more competitive price and better-equipped facilities.

The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire experience wonderful. The property itself was very cozy, featuring two en suite bedrooms that were perfect for our group, along with a spacious living area. It was peaceful and relaxing, which made for restful nights.
The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, and they did an excellent job! The property matched its description perfectly, aside from the oven not functioning; the property manager came by promptly to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was operational, and it didn’t hinder our plans since we primarily visited for a wedding. We truly valued our communication with the owner and appreciated the thoughtful extras they provided during our stay. A big thank you to the host for everything. We will definitely consider renting from them again in the future.

The location is fantastic, really close to everything we wanted to see. The building itself is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I noticed the carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some furniture items have seen better days with peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and found it to be a comfortable place to stay, despite a few imperfections.
I would give the host five stars for their excellent service alone, but there were a few issues with the property that need attention. One of the bathroom faucets was malfunctioning, but the host had it repaired quickly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels available weren't up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to replace them.
