The location was perfect, and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The pool was a nice touch, though the heater seemed to be out of order, and it was quite chilly to swim in. We ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was quite enjoyable! The guest studios by the pool are compact but provide nice privacy if that's what you're looking for. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you might notice some signs of wear. Unfortunately, both the refrigerator and freezer weren't working correctly—the freezer felt more like a refrigerator, so we ended up with melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the main level, it might not be the best fit for those with mobility challenges. There’s no bath or shower in the main house downstairs either. Overall, considering we were sharing the cost among several families, it was a reasonable value for the area.

Our stay for my sister's bachelorette celebration was fantastic! The house was spacious enough for our party of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms to suit everyone's needs. The two guest houses allowed us to enjoy some privacy while remaining close to one another. We adored the outdoor space; it was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our photos. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property for any large group gathering!

We had a great experience staying here! Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to all our queries and really went out of his way to meet the needs of our group of 16. His communication was top-notch, which made our stay so much smoother. The house was just as described in the listing, but we did encounter an issue with the oven not functioning, although Kevin promptly came over and confirmed the problem. Thankfully, the stovetop was in good working order, and since we were primarily there for a wedding, it didn’t hinder our plans. We truly appreciated the extra touches and thoughtful gestures from Kevin—he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Huge shoutout to him! We would absolutely look for properties he manages in the future.

David is an exceptional host, quick to assist with any inquiries or requests. He has gone above and beyond to help many guests secure last-minute bookings and has tailored his support to meet individual needs. The studio is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

The host was wonderful—super accommodating and quick to respond! I had a little hiccup with my reservation dates, but they were incredibly helpful and sorted it out for me without any hassle.
