Had a fantastic experience at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large group, centrally located, and offered ample room for everyone to relax.

I can't thank Kevin enough for being such a wonderful host. He was incredibly flexible and made arrangements for us on short notice when we had to evacuate due to the hurricane.

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 PM, hoping to have a bite to eat before checking in at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still busy and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM for updates, we reached out again but received no immediate response. By 7:02 PM, we inquired once more about the situation, only to be told that someone would keep us posted. Unfortunately, we didn’t gain access until around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which meant that workers were present to tile the floor. The noise from tile cutting lasted until about 9:30 PM, and there were remnants of a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen during our stay. The lack of an apology or any effort to rectify the situation was quite disheartening. I even asked about potentially receiving a partial refund due to our delayed check-in and the issues we faced, but I was told someone would need to check with the owners, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from this property again.

Fantastic house in a prime location! I would definitely book it again.

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location and the apartment is quite roomy. There are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, but we were generally very happy with our extended stay. The convenience of the area is a plus, plus it offers a good parking facility, a gym, and a large swimming pool with stunning sunset views each evening.
